Job Description
Xelerated is looking for a skilled and open-minded engineer with knowledge and experience of Network Processors. You will join the sales operations team in Stockholm. As technically responsible, you will serve the European market together with the account managers. In addition you will have a supportive role towards the global sales team. It is important that you have a profound understanding of network solutions both from a hardware, software and systems perspective. Xelerated is acting on a global market and traveling is a natural part of the position. You also need to enjoy communicating with people working in different cultures. In this role you can grow both professionally and as a person!
You will report to the Director of Sales Operations.
Specifik Tasks Include
- Customer presentations and trainings explaining Xelerated's products, technology and company values
- Collect customer requirements and convert them into customer solution proposals
- Customer board bring-up assistance
- Writing technical customer proposals
- Develop and maintain sales and support tools, such as customer email tracking system and customer support web
Work Experience and Education
- 3 years of work experience
- MSEE, MSCS or equivalent required
- Experience from hardware and software development in communication networks
- Knowledge of switch and router systems and communications protocols such as Ethernet, IP, TCP and MPLS
- Good skills in written and spoken English

- You are excellent in English and able to write advanced technical material
