TUI Nordic is recruiting for a new position in the CIO/CPO division. The position is based out of Stockholm and reports to CIO/CPO Mats O Eklund. The Head of Business Process Development is responsible for facilitating the Process Based Business Development in TUI Nordic, and will be accountable for the development and management of the Process development capabilities, like BSS process modelling and LEAN coaching. Accountability is directed to all planning and delivery in the timeframe of 0-1,5 year as well as strategic agenda as a member of the CIO/CPO Leadership team.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the Business Process Development of TUI Nordic.
• Planning and budgeting and follow-up of process development efforts.
• Overall responsibility for process development methodology.
• Co-ordinating LEAN coaches across TUI Nordic.     
• Coordination with Online driven and Blue Spirit strategies to secure process alignment.
• Support Business process owners in driving process development.
• Sourcing of external/internal resources and competence 

This position will be overall responsible for the process development and will create a business interface that supports process development and owner capability.  You will have full responsibility and accountability for facilitation of business process development in 0-1,5 year perspective. This person will be managing 1-2 direct reports within the speciality area of process development and he/she will also be will be leading our network of LEAN Coaches.

• Experience from travel business and IT experience is good but not critical
