As a Solution Lead, you will be responsible to drive the growth of the offering BPOS and Enterprise Communications, which includes the Microsoft cloud strategy and on premise solutions based on Exchange, OCS and MOSS infrastructure. You will be involved in pre sales, sales strategy, delivery of the initial phases of key projects, marketing and PR, knowledge management and asset harvesting. You will be reporting directly to the Nordic Service Line lead, and you will have the support of a local person in each Nordic country that will share your responsibility at country level.

We believe that you have:

  • An academic exam  in Computer Science or Engineering
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in the IT industry
  • Experience from pre sales of projects in the BPOS and Enterprise Communications domain
  • Project experience as a consultant in BPOS, Microsoft infrastructure or Microsoft Enterprise Communications.
  • Presentation skills
  • Though leadership skills in Microsoft  cloud strategy and Microsoft Enterprise Communications.
  • Experience form business case work for customers, including estimation of project effort and creation of presentation material and driving the full process.
  • Leadership skill, being a natural leader.
  • Experience in interacting with journalists and marketing
