Mia is the founder of Active Search AB. Earlier, Mia has worked 4 years at Penna Consulting with “search” and “headhunting”. Mia has also co-founded and developed the American company, Futurekids in Scandinavia.

Mia has a degree in Business and Economics and she is a true entrepreneur. Her strength in people skills combined with a high commitment to achieve, are a must in the headhunting industry. Her talent in creating contacts and long-term relationships to companies and people make her a unique resource for Active-Search. She is also certified in SHL’s personality test, OPQ32, which is used in the recruitment process to analyse the candidate’s personality.
